30-Day Free Returns

We proudly offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

If 30 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be returned within 30 days.
• Item should be unused or lightly inspected.
• Original packaging is preferred whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Free Return Shipping

Craftello provides free return shipping for eligible returns.

Our support team will provide return instructions after your request has been approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We'll provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our Return Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain customized, personalized, clearance, or final-sale products may not be eligible unless defective.
